WHAT IS INNOVA?

INNOVA Innovated Artistry LLC is a creative and business development company that helps turn ideas into organized, professional, functional projects. We combine creative direction, branding, marketing, digital development, business structure, media, publishing, and strategy based on what each project actually needs.

WHAT SERVICES DOES INNOVA OFFER?
Our services may include branding, graphic design, website development, marketing strategy, social media, SEO, business systems, CRM setup, automation, creative direction, publishing, media development, consulting, and custom project development.
Because every project is different, services can be booked individually or combined into a custom scope.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT INNOVA BRANCHES?

INNOVA works through specialized creative branches:
Evergreen Works focuses on business structure, organization, operations, administrative systems, and practical resources.
Gloom:Lit Press focuses on publishing, books, graphic novels, illustration, story development, and creative adaptations.
Altered Optics Media focuses on podcasts, video, gaming concepts, media branding, merchandise, creative campaigns, and unconventional multimedia projects.
Projects can stay within one branch or pull resources from multiple areas of INNOVA.

I DON'T KNOW WHICH SERVICE I NEED. CAN YOU HELP?
Yes. You do not need to arrive with a complete plan.
Start with the idea, problem, goal, or project you are trying to build. We can help identify what is needed, determine the right direction, and create a scope based on your priorities.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM PROJECTS?
Yes.
Some of our best projects do not fit neatly into a service list. If you have an unusual concept, niche business, creative experiment, or project that combines several different services, we can discuss a custom approach.

HOW DO I START A PROJECT?
Start by submitting an inquiry or consultation request.
We will review your project, discuss your goals and needs, and determine whether INNOVA is the right fit. If we move forward, you will receive the appropriate proposal, scope, agreements, payment information, and project requirements.

IS A CONSULTATION THE SAME AS HIRING INNOVA?
No.
A consultation or inquiry gives us an opportunity to learn about the project and determine the next steps. A project officially begins after the required agreements, scope, approvals, and payment arrangements are completed.

HOW MUCH DOES A PROJECT COST?
Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, timeline, deliverables, platforms involved, and level of support required.
We offer individual services, project packages, ongoing support, and custom scopes.
You will receive pricing before approved work begins.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Most projects require a deposit or initial payment before work begins.
The exact amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your proposal, invoice, or project agreement.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Payment plans may be available depending on the project size, timeline, and scope.
Payment arrangements must be approved before the project begins and will be documented as part of the project agreement.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Available payment methods may include ACH, Square, Venmo, Apple Pay, check, and cash, depending on the project and invoice.
Any processing fees or payment-specific requirements will be disclosed before payment is submitted.

HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
Most INNOVA projects include up to three revision rounds, unless your Scope of Work states otherwise.
Additional revisions, major direction changes, or requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee or Change Order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND DURING THE PROJECT?
Small adjustments can usually be handled through the normal revision process.
If the request substantially changes the original project, deliverables, strategy, functionality, or direction, we will discuss the change with you before continuing.
A revised quote or Change Order may be required.

HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE?
Timelines depend on the type and complexity of the project.
A simple design project may move quickly, while a website, publishing project, branding system, campaign, or larger development project may require considerably more time.
Your estimated timeline will be discussed before work begins.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH PROJECTS?
Rush service may be available depending on our current schedule and the project requirements.
Additional rush fees may apply for accelerated deadlines.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
Depending on the project, we may request things such as:
Brand information, logos, photographs, written content, account access, platform credentials, existing files, inspiration, business information, approvals, and timely feedback.
Providing requested materials on time helps keep the project moving according to schedule.

CAN INNOVA WRITE MY WEBSITE OR MARKETING CONTENT?
Yes.
Copywriting, content development, messaging, page organization, captions, campaign language, and other written materials can be included in a project when needed.

CAN YOU WORK WITH A BRAND OR WEBSITE I ALREADY HAVE?
Yes.
You do not always need to start over.
We can review what you already have and determine what should be kept, improved, reorganized, redesigned, or replaced.

DO YOU BUILD WEBSITES?
Yes.
INNOVA offers website strategy, design, development, content organization, integrations, SEO, optimization, and related digital support.
The exact services included depend on the website and project scope.

DO YOU PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT AFTER A PROJECT IS FINISHED?
Yes, when available.
Clients may choose project-based services, ongoing maintenance, recurring creative support, consulting, marketing assistance, or other continued services.
Ongoing support is quoted separately unless it is included in the original agreement.

WHO OWNS THE FINAL WORK?
Ownership and usage rights depend on the type of project and will be addressed in the applicable client agreement.
Final approved deliverables are typically transferred or licensed according to the terms established for that project after required payments have been completed.

WILL MY PROJECT APPEAR IN YOUR PORTFOLIO?
We value being able to show completed work, but portfolio use is handled according to the permissions and agreements established for the project.
Confidential work or projects covered by an NDA will be handled accordingly.

DO YOU SIGN NDAs?
Yes.
Non-Disclosure Agreements may be used when a project involves confidential business information, unreleased concepts, intellectual property, proprietary systems, or other sensitive materials.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE SALES, FOLLOWERS, TRAFFIC, OR BUSINESS GROWTH?
No responsible creative or marketing company can guarantee a specific result.
We can provide research, strategy, professional execution, optimization, and informed recommendations, but results can be affected by audience behavior, competition, platforms, budgets, market conditions, algorithms, client participation, and many other outside factors.

DO YOU WORK WITH PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF INDIANA?
Yes.
Many creative, digital, publishing, strategy, and consulting services can be completed remotely.
Project availability may depend on the services required and any location-specific needs.

WHAT IF MY IDEA ISN'T FULLY DEVELOPED YET?
That's okay.
You can come to INNOVA with a complete business plan, a rough sketch, a manuscript, a reference image, a problem that needs solved, or simply an idea you cannot stop thinking about.
Part of our job is helping determine what comes next.
